Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. cokecasino reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including any confirmed fraudulent activity.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:
cokecasino's Services are made available to residents of the Republic of the Philippines only. Players must not access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or otherwise unlawful. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of cokecasino is lawful in their location. cokecasino accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on cokecasino. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must update their account information promptly if any details change. cokecasino reserves the right to require additional verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and periodically during the account lifecycle as required by PAGCOR regulations, cokecasino will request KYC documentation from Players. Acceptable identity documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a Passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or SSS/GSIS ID. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period specified in the verification request will have their withdrawal functionality suspended pending document submission.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their cokecasino Account. Any activity that occurs on a Player's Account — whether or not authorized by the Player — is the Player's responsibility. cokecasino staff will never ask a Player to disclose their password.
Players must immediately notify cokecasino's customer support team if they suspect unauthorized access to their Account, believe their login credentials have been compromised, or detect any transaction they did not authorize. cokecasino cannot be held liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to promptly report compromised credentials.
Players must not use their cokecasino Account for any of the following purposes:
All transactions on cokecasino are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). cokecasino does not accept foreign currency deposits; any conversion is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.
The minimum deposit on cokecasino is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits made below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's Account. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions; however, PAGCOR's regulatory requirements may impose transaction reporting obligations on large deposits.
cokecasino currently accepts the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter deposits. Available methods may change; the current list is displayed at the point of deposit on the Platform.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by cokecasino are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms prevail with respect to that offer.
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds awarded by cokecasino are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering on certain game types (including but not limited to table games and video poker) may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward satisfying wagering requirements.
cokecasino maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:
All Bonus Funds and associated free spins have an expiry date from the time they are credited to the Player's Account, as stated in the individual promotion's terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unexpired Bonus Funds that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
All casino games available on the cokecasino Platform — including slot machines, video poker, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. The RNGs used by cokecasino's game suppliers are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Game results are genuinely random and are not influenced by previous outcomes or the size of a Player's bet.
The result of each completed game round on cokecasino is final. Players accept that game outcomes are determined by the RNG and that no human intervention by cokecasino staff is possible once a round has concluded. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the game server log is the definitive record.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game suspension, or communication error that affects the integrity of a game round, cokecasino reserves the right to declare that round void and to refund the wager to the Player. cokecasino is not liable for any claimed winnings that result from a technical malfunction.
Players are strictly prohibited from using any software, tool, or technique that provides an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players. This includes card-counting assistance software, automated betting systems, screen-scraping tools, and any form of collusion in live poker or other multiplayer formats available on cokecasino.
All content on the cokecasino Platform — including but not limited to the cokecasino name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and multimedia elements — is the property of cokecasino or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No Player may reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any cokecasino content without prior written consent from cokecasino.
cokecasino provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools to all Players:
Players acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk. Players accept sole responsibility for their gambling decisions and agree to use the available Responsible Gaming Tools if their gaming behavior causes concern. Players must not attempt to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions by opening new accounts during an active cool-down period or self-exclusion.

Players who suspect that a minor has gained access to their Account must immediately notify cokecasino's support team and change their account password. cokecasino will cooperate fully with any investigation related to the protection of minors from gambling-related harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cokecasino's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cokecasino's customer support team. Before closure, all pending wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be addressed. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after successful KYC verification.
cokecasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email to the address on file with the Account, and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the cokecasino Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Players who do not accept revised Terms must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2 above. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute.
These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from the Player's use of the cokecasino Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
cokecasino operates under the licensing and regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by cokecasino's internal dispute resolution process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the regulator's official complaint channels.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and cokecasino, the Player must first submit a written complaint to cokecasino's customer support team via email at [email protected]. cokecasino will acknowledge the complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Where a complaint concerns a specific game result, the game server log shall be the primary evidence relied upon by cokecasino in its investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
